Jamie received a Fine Arts degree in Studio Art in 1997 from the University of Houston and is certified as an art teacher. The Hays County Art Exhibition is held annually in the Hays Government Center building. This year, it will be available from February to May, depending on current guidelines defined by Hays County leaders amid the public question of the coronavirus pandemic.
