Arts Fest 2012: Gina Casarez and Kaye Collins

The 4th Annual Wimberley Arts Fest, proudly hosted by the Wimberley Valley Art League, is coming Saturday, April 28, 2012.

Co-Chairing the Fest are Gina Casarez and Kaye Collins, who were actively involved last year as Vice Chairs under Chairman Ian Green. They are pleased to announce a juror has been selected for the fine art portion. Bill Wiman of the University of Texas will be an excellent juror for the fest.

Individual artist spaces are limited to 70. We're looking forward to a large participation of WVAL members and artists from around Central Texas. Entry forms will be available soon at this website.

Deadline to enter the jury selection process and poster art contest is February 28, 2012. Now is the time to get your creative juices flowing and plan to be a part of Arts Fest 2012! There is no charge to enter the poster art contest and a $300 cash prize will be awarded, as well as publicity and the prestige of personally signing posters with your art on Fest Day!
